Dear Lovely Ladies,
Ever just try to find what ur perfect fit is? Like those jeans or the type of books you enjoy the most. In this blog, i am trying to fit what i enjoy doing the best, so anyone reading this might think i am high or something but i am just plain trying to find that i enjoy the best. I love doing interview, and i REALLY hope to do more of them but i am slowly falling off the bandwagon. But from now on i am going to do like a selection of photos and intermix them with some quotes that i find interesting. Miss. Jayne is in my blog! Man, i was so excited when the writter of Plain Jayne let me do an interview. I am addicted to her posts. Seriously. So, her's my interview with the loviest lady of all time.

1. Why did you start blogging?

It was a dark and stormy night...no, actually it was the middle ofsummer when I was bored out of mind and decided that if Leith from"Waffles & Fashion" (also shout out to long deceased ELLEgirl forintroducing me to Leith) could start a fashion blog, then so could I!Seriously, the blogosphere is like a more achievable American Dream :)Besides blogging gave me an outlet for the writer in me, because theonly other options I had were a lame personal blog which no one read(can I blame them?) or the super emo writing club at my school.Blogging fills the void quite well- I am able to still throw mythoughts out into cyberspace and expand my personal style, not a badtrade! Thanks to every wonderful reader I have, I'm still going (andgoing and going, hopefully like the Energizer Bunny hehe ;), thanksfor putting up with me!

2. If you were made princess, name the first few things you would do.

Well my rolemodel would definitely be a combination of all my favoritereal princesses and modern day princesses. The decadence of MarieAntoinette- hey who says you're only allowed to eat cake on yourbirthday!? The wardrobe of Holly Golightly- though not the baggagethat comes with her life, well if that baggage includes George PeppardI may reconsider ;) And the vivacious reputation of Zelda Fitzgerald,without the actual madness. Once I had reached the epitome of princessI would marry my perfect man- the one who looks like James McAvoy,sounds like Jack Davenport (from Pirates of the Carribean), and hasJason Schwartmann's sense of humor- I know he's out there somewhere.Of course the castle itself would be in England- probably HamptonCourt, Henry VIII's favorite palace. There, that sounds about right :)

3. You are forced to leave your house, what would you pack in a backpack?

Oh man, I wish I could say "Obviously the 500- year- old familyhierloom." Alas, I think I'm going to be the stereotypicalmaterialistic apathetic teenager and say- my ipod, my digital camera,my laptop, and my phone (hey, they are expensive and I feel deprivedif missing one of them haha). Also some of my great grandmother'scostume jewelry, my 2 favorite pairs of shoes- pointy-toed redsnakeskin ballet falts and yellow low-heeled Topshop pumps, and myMarc Jacobs dress. Ok and let's also throw in my grandmother's photosof her family on the beach in the 1930s, they're so old and hilarious-now I don't feel so careless.

4. If you could live in one store for the rest of your life, which store would it be?

Harrods, no contest. The truth is, Harrods is simply too large andsnobby for me on a shopping basis, but it basically contains theentire universe inside: books, gourmet food, amazing clothes,luxarious beds, lavish bathrooms, and probably the Holy Grail-therefore the perfect store. It also might be quite fun to live in theMetropolitan Museum of Art like Claudia and Jamie in "The Mixed UpFiles of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler".

5. Your blog just hit it big! Name the magazine that it would be featured in?

Well as much as I adore Vogue it really is too pretentious sometimesand NYLON is awesome too, but a bit too hipster to truly represent me,so I pick Lula. True, I've only read it once, but hello! they featuredKirsten, clearly that know what's up. Also Lula really understands thequirks of the writer and reader, it would get just the right audiencefor my blog.

6. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?

Well judging by Harry Potter's experience with Occulemency I would sayall languages. Besides wouldn't it pay off in the long run to be ableto speak the cute boys language, rather than try and interpret hismuddled mind? ;)

7. Would you rather live without: coffee or reading books?

What sad and sorry soul would actually say coffee!? As much as I adoremochas and rasberry lattes, I could survive with no caffeinationperiod, but to be unable to escape the mundane of the world throughliterature- well that's true crime. Reading is sexy after all!

8. Please list your current hair style.

Hmm, ironically as much as I live and breathe fashion I've never beenone for makeup or elaborate hairstyles. Currently it is collar-bonelength, perfect for an impromptu flapper-esque bobb, with side sweptbangs, and is my natural shade of brown (which is about the same coloras Natalie Portman's hair- we actually have the same skintone too).It's low maintenance and since I have a natural wave it does coolthings without any effort! :)

9. Name 4 desingers or stores that you would trust with stocking your wardrobe.

Marc Jacobs, clearly he is Zeus on the Mount Olympus of the fashionworld. Luella for her quirkiness, I mean how can you not love thewoman who made bags and t-shirts with "NERD" plastered all over them?Proenza Schouler, a modern spin on the classics and great color,people should really not be afraid of color, it's a travesty. AndChanel, because Karl is a genius and even if he goes temporarilyinsane (Amy Winehouse as inpiration!?) at least the suits, flats, andbags are always classic.

10. Which celeb would you raid their closet and steal all their outfits?

Well, suprisingly I am not going to say Kirsten, I'd probably try andsteal her ability to put things together, but others have betterclothes. Like I adore Emma Watson's dresses and I'd probably pillageSienna Miller's street style wardrobe, she probably has atreasure-trove of unique accessories.

11. Name your top 3 blogs( the ones you have to check every day).

The Clothes Horse, because first off she is the only one who actuallyposts multiple times a day and also she has a fabulous and inspiringsense of style. Modern Marie, just the name of the blog is enough tokeep me coming back, but then it's always fun to look at her awesomeparties and we're music twins. And Ashcan Rantings, I always get akooky history lesson from her blog, plus we're both Arctic Junkies.

12.You won a backpacking trip arould the world, your first stops would be....I've always loved Europe so I'd make a stop in England again andfinally see Brighton, Ireland- maybe catch a U2 or the Frames concertand see the countryside, Scotland- they have super quaint manor housesand fantastic accents, then France where I'd soak up history in Paris,wine in Provence, and sun in Cannes, next Germany-it always looks sogorgeous!.....Mars haha just kidding

13. If you could trade lives with anyone in the world, it would be......It would be mindblowing to be JK Rowling- to have fathomed a worldlike that in the first place and then to become a global sensation,wow. On second thought, that may be a bit too intense, so then,Natalie Portman. She's gorgeous, brilliant, talented, helping others,and stylish.

14. One item that you could never live without....I hate this question, haha thought you should know. Probably a reallygood book- it's just a bunch of paper bound together, but it canprovide such relief and inspiration in seconds, and then cheese. Yes,that is totally bizarre I realize, but I'm addict (well I do loathesmelly strong goat cheeses)- pizza, fondue, cheese fries- a godsend.Yea, life without cheese is not living all haha, yep, lactoseintolerant people are missing out!

15. Name five book that you would take on a spring of the moment beach trip?

One of the Harry Potter books- dunno which one, HP3 is my favorite,but HP6 was quite fun and I still haven't processed HP7 yet, butdefinitely one of those- endless entertainment and genius. Atonementby Ian McEwan- it is absolutely brilliant and beautiful, I also wonderhow would be on a second read. The Mists of Avalon by Marion ZimmerBradley- King Arthur remixed from a female perspective- fascinatingand heartbreaking. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger-totally mindblowing and heartwrenching, I'm also curious to see howthis one would go on a second read. I also have been dying to read The Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare ever since I saw the play.

Fun in a Bottle

I have finally got back to doing interviews(i just love coming up with the questions) and i got Heather from Tango Pirates & Absinthe! If you have ever read her blog, you know why i picked her. She's simply fabulous! I really enjoy seeing what fun stuff she will post next. Check her out: 1. Why did you start blogging?
Probably the best way to sum it up is how I described it in a post on Tango Pirates:
a. I found blogs very inspiring and I wanted to add my own contribution.
b. I've always loved writing. I used to write commentary for a high-school radio show in Louisville, and the joy of sharing my scathing wit over the airwaves was never really matched until I found my little niche here.
c. My friend Michael started this amazing online magazine, Rise Over Run. I cornered him at a party and told him I was writing a blog and it would be totally awesome if he gave it a little look-see and he said he'd check it out. We've been together ever since.
2. Name the first things you would do if made princess?
I hope I'd get to borrow the castle for a day, because I'd throw an awesome party! (And declare a holiday for everyone.) Then what? I'm not sure, but at least we'd be off to a good start!
3.If you could live in one store and only one store for the rest of your life, what store?
Oooh, this was a hard one. Probably Cherry Bomb, a boutique in my hometown. It's a great mix of vintage, new, and local, and they'll order whatever you want wholesale from American Apparel. If I had to pick a national chain, probably H & M. I never get to visit enough!
4. If you could trade lives with anyone in the world, who would it be?
Honestly? Probably with a small child, because that's the one time in your life when you're completely free and happy.
5. Name one(or more) celebrities that need to be put in jail.
Oh gosh. Well, obviously Britney Spears needs help, but I don't know if jail is the answer. Zac Efron, though, for looking like a complete douchebag all the time.(No offense to Zac Efron fans, of course--he really rubs me the wrong way though!)
6. Name one board game that never gets old.
Life! I find it endlessly fascinating, I guess I like the choices. And CandyLand will always remain a classic.
7. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
Understand all languages! Reading minds might be convenient sometimes,but I don't know if I'd want to know everyone's innermost thoughts all the time--I certainly wouldn't want anyone reading my mind! But if I could understand all languages, I could go anywhere!
8. What is you most loved article of clothing?
I have so many! I love this Tara Jarmon dress I've had since high school but never get the chance to wear, and my v-neck green Sonic Youthshirt which always seems to add just the right amount of "me" to any outfit.
9. Which would you rather live without: your hair products or all your make-up?
Hair products, hands down. I don't use that many in the first place. But I won't even run to the video store without mascara on!
10. Who would you rather be Rachel Bilson or Mischa Barton?
Rachel is adorable, but Mischa seems to have a more bohemianlife/eccentric style, and I think it would be interesting to shop vintage and hang out with guys in bands all the time. At least that's my impression!
11. Name 3 designers that you would trust to make the rest of your cloths for the rest of your life.
Phillip Lim, Stella McCartney, and Marc Jacobs, of course!
12. Please listed your current hair style.
It's kind of a really disorganized bob, which is really fun to wear messy, but I'm thinking of getting a more neat and flapper-ish cut. It's kind of a natural honey brown but I also really want to dye it coppery red--or platinum blonde, I've always wanted to bleach it all the way out.
13.Which celeb would you raid their closet and steal all of their outfits?
There are so many! Kirsten Dunst, Zooey Deschanel, and Jenny Lewis are my top three though.
14.Name your top three blogs(you know the ones that you have to read everyday).
Oh man, I have to read more like 30 every day, haha! Galadarling.com is always good for a pick-me-up, though, and I have to check on my friend's blogs to see what they're thinking, and Facehunter for clothing/blogginginspiration.
15. You are treaveling to the beach, name 5 books that would be in your beach bag.

I Think She Might Be Queen of The Bloggers

We have all heard of Coco's but not really the Coco I was thinking of. More like the author of Coco's Tea Party. Like the title says she might be one of the great bloggers of 2007. Seriously i am in love her posts and i got an exclusive with the lovely blogger, here:1. You have been given an unlimited shopping spree at one store, what store and what would you buy?
I would got to Selfridges in London and buy loads of Derek Lam, Miu Miu, Prada, Chanel, Zac Posen, William Rast jeans (no others fit me properly) and the biggest collection of shoes and handbags possible! Once I had left there wouldn’t be much in the store left.

2.One thing that went out on the Fall 2007 runway that you would be caught dead in(in the bad way)?
I can't actually think of anything from the Fall collections but I would never go near any of the Spring 2008 collection Christopher Kane designed, I think it is truely horrible.

3. Name three designers that you would let create your wedding dress?
Zac Posen, Vera Wang (she knows her wedding stuff!) or the girls at Marchesa.

4. You have just been named Princess, name your first 5 things you would do?
Give everyone makeovers Gok Wan style (he is a stylist in the UK who has a TV show How To Look Good Naked, for those that don’t know!
Make all cars environmentally friendly because I am so scared of global warming and I have to do something good with my powers
Ban crocs (there is no need for them)
Make Friday part of the weekend, people work to hard!
Finally I would marry Jake Gyllenhaal in a Vera Wang dress, then the Polo explorer Ralph Lauren model (am I the only one who thinks he is totally hot???) in Marchesa and then I would marry Justin Timberlake in Zac Posen, because a Princess can have three hot husbands I think!!!

5. Name one celeb that you want to give a fashion makeover to?( or more if you think there are more)
Clearly Britney but that one is a little obvious but I don’t think she would accept my help.
I also think Amy Winehouse needs a little cleaning up and I think Jessica Simpson/Biel/Alba all dress terribly. The curse of the Jessica’s?

6. Favorite Magizine?
Grazia is my favourite because it has something special that I can’t quite identify. Plus it is out every week. My newsagent calls me Grazia Girl.

7.Please list your current hairstyle....
Brown with colour growing out (never bleach your hair is my tip to you all) I have a side fringe and its kinda long. I’m not very good with hair or describing it either. It’s straight but I wish it was curly.

8. Which celeb would you raid their closet and steal all their outfits?
Either of the Olsen’s. Out of all the celebrities around today I think they have the most original style. I know everyone talks about them but they really do have something special and I think few celebs have natural style. Lindsay and Nicole also have some great clothes but I don’t think they beat the Olsen’s.

9. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
Read all minds, because what people say has little to do with what they are thinking I’m sure!

10. Name one celebrity that needs to be put into jail?
Urm……. I don’t know. I would like to say Mika because his songs irritate me so much. Oh actually I’m gonna trade him in for Avril Lavinge, I don’t think there is a more irritating person on earth,

11. One person in your real life that you would love to give a fashion police ticket?
Oh there are many people but I won’t name names…..

But I don’t really have a top five, I think there are some great fashion blogs out there.
I do love Just Jared and Popsugar for my celebrity gossip, Perez Hilton I cannot go on. Sure I like gossip but I think he is stupidly rude about people and it isn’t attractive

13. What board game never gets old?
I hate board games, because I loose all of them and I can’t deal with loosing. I do like Cluedo though, because I always win. I always play as Miss Scarlet and I’m so sneaky I beat everyone. If I play a game I have to win, otherwise I don’t see the point!

14. You won a backpacking trip arould the world, where would you go?
New York which is my future home or LA. I’d love to go somewhere hot! I prefer to wear as little clothing as possible, which is ironic seeing as I am a fashion blogger.

15. Name 3 books that you have too take with you at all times?
I don’t take any books with me all the time but some of my favourites are Breakfast With Tiffany, I fell in love with Uncle Eddie.
I also read Prep recently which I liked, it was a lot like Catcher In The Rye I thought. Gossip Girl of course is a pleasure I don’t feel guilty about. Anyone who hasn’t read them should really put them on their Christmas lists.

1. Why did you start blogging?
~ Because I felt that there are a lot of teen girls that need help. They might have simple unanswered questions or they might need serious attention.
2. Do any of your friends know about it or is a personal thing?
~ Um.. Everything about my blog is anonymous. Only one of my friends know about it... you! But everything else is a complete secret.
3. What is the first thing you would do as princess?
~ Huh, that's a toughie. I guess that I should be helping the world and all that but, I would totally go buy that jacket from Pacific Sun Wear that I can not afford now. =)
4.What store could you live in for the rest of your life and why?
~ I think that I would live in Hollister. I like all of their stuff, but you know who spends fifty dollars on a sweatshirt when you could buy an entire outfit at some other store. ~ I would defiantly switch with Miley Cyrus. For more than one reason of coarse. 1- She is a singer and an actor and those are two of many things I would love to do. 2- She lives next door to the Jonas Brothers and I love them. There isn't anyone else I would want to meet more than them.
6. Would you rather read an ELLE or VOGUE?
~ Uh. those are both great zines but I think that I will go with VOGUE. I love all the styles in there.

~ 1- SHOES! any kind anywhere.
2- A dog. My mother has been driving me up the wall and I just want to end the madness.

~Scatagories. It's a game where you are given a letter of the alphabet and then a list of topics. For each topic you have to come up with a word or phrase that starts with that letter. There are a bazillion answers and me and my cousin play it all day.
11. If you could live in any city, where would you live?
~ N.Y.C. I would totally shop till I drop and then see all of the Broadway shows that ever came out in the history of Broadway shows!
12. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
~ Oh defiantly read minds. If you can read minds than you don't have to know what their language is because not only is there a little voice inside every one's head... there is a little screen that plays all your visualizations.

~ Oh there is this bag that my best friend/ cousin gave to me on my 10th birthday and I love it. It goes with like everything. And I will never let it go

1. Why did you start blogging?

I was reading Teen Vogue and I saw the room of one girl that had anamazing bed and also a fashion blog. As curious as I am I went to theweb and saw it. It was nice but not spectacular as I thought I coulddo so much better. It's kind of funny because one person I know alsothought about it and really made an amazing blog...I wonder who thatis, cof cof..hihihi. I start by trying to make a Portuguese Blog, butmy Mom told me if I wrote in English I would have more visitors sothat was what I did.

2. Do any of your friends know about it or is it a personal thing?

Seriously I can't keep my writing a secret, one thing is my diaryother is my blog. what I write is about how I see the World. I like toshare that with the ones I love and with everyone that has Patienceand freedom of spirit to acknowledge something from what I write.Maybe its a little pretencions but I have something to say and I guessthis is my favorite way of expressing my self. I paint with words whatI can't express with my drawings.

3. What is the first thing you would do as Princess?

Really ?! I wouldn't want to be a Princess, I think that they havevery difficult and exposed lives. But I guess I would not splurge onDesigners and show an example by don't being material and trying toarrange an eco system that would made my people make smart ecochoices. I also would bet on a great education system and would enjoysplurging my money on the biggest personal library ever! With the bestof the world literature.

4. If you could live in any store for the rest of your life, wherewould it be and why?

FAQ Schwartz from NY. I mean, hello that is the BEST place to liveever! Ok ok I also would say Tiffany's but really FAQ is the best. Youfeel like you can imagine your perfect world and you feel happy inthere. I don't know why but I do know that it's a magical place.

5. If you could trade lives with anyone, who would it be?

Oscar Wilde, I had a difficult life but he was brilliant and I wouldlove to be inside of that genius head of his.6. Would you rather read an ELLE or Vogue?Humm...It depends, I really prefer Harper's Bazer even though nomagazine can be compared to Vogue in terms of Fashion. I love theBritish Vogue and I ADORE Vanity Fair, it's probably the best magazineever! The graphics and photo shoots are amazing, and the texts have anstupendous quality.

7. Top 5 things on your shopping list?

A grey dress that I can wear with shirts and my great black boots fromZara. I am still searching for the perfect one.Sexy underwear. It's not like someone is going to see it but come on!I need to feel fabulous under my fabulous outfits!Olay 15 SPF moisturizer.Some grey socks and hmm....I would love if I got a car forCrhistmas...here we only take drivers licence at 18 and I am 19 so itskind of boring!

None. I would love to steal from Blair (Gossip Girl) and Carry (Sexand the City) but not that UGLY dress from the movie, the one with theenormous flower that is white.

12. If you could live in a city, where would it be?

I love my city (Lisbon) but I also would adore to leave in New Yorkour in Bologna/Italy. I am having so much fun with this whole 15 question corner thing. I swear it's amzaing! Today's guest is one of my favorite fashion bloggers. Can you guess? If you guessed Alison from Bombazine Doll, you get extra book points! We did the lovely litte interview and i got a good giggle out of it.And now your favorite moment, the interview. 1. Why did you start blogging?
I think I started blogging totally on a whim, I was just looking at some other blogs I liked at the time and thought 'Hmm... maybe I could have one of these..' and it was just ridiculously easy to sign up on blogger. I think it took all of 5 minutes from getting the idea and having my own little slice of web pie. I think it's totally hilarious how anybody can have a blog now, it's not exactly weird to come across like middle aged women with knitting blogs now, I think it's awesome.
2. Do any of your friends know about it or is it a personal thing?
Some of my closer friends know about B.D., I couldn't help bragging when I got interviewed for the Wall Street Journal( I mean honestly) and it's so funny how my parents go around telling people they work with "Oh Alison has a thing called a 'blog'! It's quite nifty!" Mostly blogging is a personal thing for me, that was the attraction in the first place for me: being able to totally and completely express you ideas and opinions with anonymity.
3. What is the first thing you would do as Princess?
I loooove this question! I don't think I'd be a very good Princess at all, I'd end up spending all the money on shoes and dresses and totally ridiculous things like baby elephants and Louis Vuitton... bath mats and such. I'd be like a second Marie Antoinette :P But the absolute first thing I would do is pull and Isabella Blow and buy an entire designers collection, probably Derek Lam. Then, if I feel like it, I would possibly save the world by stopping global warming.
4. If you could live in any store for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?
Any store? Oh my there are just so many. I think I'd rather just be locked in a mall for the rest of my life, but if I had to choose a specific store it'd have to be something huge, like Macy's or Bloomingdales. I love all the American high end department stores, the closest thing to that we have here is like, The Bay. Oooh or one of the fab London department stores like Harrods! At least, I'm pretty sure that's what it's called...
5. If you could trade lives with anyone, who would it be?
I think if I could trade lives with anyone I'd have to pick someone who works for a huge fashion magazine, like Vogue or something. I guess being Anna Wintour would be pretty cool, except for the hair and the people making fun of you. *Sigh* I'm so indecisive.
6. Would you rather read an ELLE or Vogue?
If we're talking American Vogue, the for sure Elle. I want to read about things I can actually relate to and gorgeous things I can actually afford. I don't know about you, but I don't think reading about obscenely luxe boat parties thrown by obscure rich people is very interesting. All though the editorials in Vogue are pretty amazing...
7. Top 5 things on your shopping list?
Haha it's so hard to narrow the list down! Well I've really been craving a new iPod( mines very old school, 1st generation), some Benefit make-up, a new grey hoodie( preferably something with a pattern), any type of white shirt( as long as it's not ugly), and I really really REALLY want some of those totally adorable ankle grazing booties.
8. One celebrity that needs to be put in jail?
Oof I think Tom Cruise should be locked up before he impregnates any more semi promising young actresses or freaks out any more daytime tv personalities by disrespecting their furniture. If not in jail, then in a mental institution. It's just whats right.
9. Which celebrity would you love to steal all of their cloths?
I love all the clothes Ashley Olsen wears, she has SUCH good taste! So I would steal her closet and give her my extremely crap one and then laugh hysterically when she has nothing to wear hahahah, but then I'd stop when I realize that she has about 10 billion dollars and could probably buy her whole entire wardrobe again in about 5 minutes. Wow sorry, I got really caught up in that hypothetical.
10. One board game that never gets old?
For me, it's the game of Life. I swear to god, it makes me oh so happy to become a doctor and make 100 000 dollars each paycheck while my friends get crap jobs as janitors. I am a mean person, what can I say?
12. If you could live in a city, where would it be?
I would definitely live in either New York or Paris, the shopping in both places is so fantastic and I do( sort of) speak french, which is a plus. New York is just so exciting though, it has this sort of energy that I totally love. Ugh I can't decide, I need a snack that involves peanut butter.
13. What is your most beloved and never to part with item in your closet?
just bought this AH-mazing dark grey coat that has two rows of huge buttons( and I LOVE buttons) that is now officially my favourite item in my closet. I did have a bit of a spasm when all the buttons started to fall off just after I bought it but I sent it back to the store and they fixed it and now it's all mine mine mine! Yes, I'm a bit obsessed.
14. Would you rather be Rachel Bilson or Mischa Barton?
Pshh no contest I would way rather be Rachel! Mischa is totally gorgeous, but I love Rachel's style and I've always wanted that colour of hair, it's so pretty!
15. Name three books you would pack on a trip to the beach?
Tricky, very tricky... I would bring His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman which is three awesome books in one, one of the Georgia Nicholson books( Oh how she makes me laugh), and probably one sobering environmental books like An Inconvenient Truth. I am actually quite worried by this whole global climate change thing( recycle people!). Now can I have my cool "I was interviewed by Izzy" button please?

If you couldn't guess whom i am talking about then i guess you have never read her posts then. It's Kat from She's in Vogue! Seriously her fashion posts are amzaing and i love to read them! It's like a letter from a firend telling all about stuff(her jewlery post was way intertaining). So welcome to the 15 Question Corner from Kat- 1. Why did you start blogging?

Well I have only been blogging form the start of July but I am amazed by how much I enjoy it! I fond it so annoying now, what with school that I only have time to post once a week. I guess I started blogging soon after I joined the forums at Teen Vogue. There was lots of people posting about their blogs and I just though "Hey, why can't I do that too? What's stopping me?" For several years now I have been interested in doing journalism especially fashion journalism and what could be a better way of improving my writing skills then a blog. I love the fact that you can get to know some great people through regular commenting and that we all share the same love - Fashion! (I know, I know that last bit was sooo cheesy! But it's true!)

2. Do all of your friend know about it or is it a personal thing?

My best friends know about my blog and my family, but other then that I don't publically broadcast it. Sometimes I think I would like to share it with other friends but I don't know do I really want everyone I know reading it. Besides I think some people would just be like 'What???' I do like how my family and close friends do enjoy reading it from time to time, as it's my passion and they can see how it's put to use. In fact, when I told my best friends that I set up a blog they were shocked! They thought I was a technophobe!

3. What is the first thing you would do if you were made princess?

Ha ha this is funny question! It could take hours! I would get my best friends, take a flight to some fabulous city - London, Paris, New york, buy some outrageous clothes, get hair and makeup done, go for a sensational meal in a 5 star restaurant (I'm a total foodie!) and go to all the best night spots despite the fact that we are 16/17, but who cares I'm a princess! Oh and stay in some really old, luxurious hotel with four-poster beds and gilt mirrors. God, I am so materialistic... so..um.. give all my money to charity!

4. If you could live in a store and only one for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?
I have never been there but but I bet the Topshop flagship store on Oxford Circus is pretty cool! Ah, but to live in for the rest of my life probably some department store like Harrods or Selfridges in London, food and clothes make me happy! Or maybe even the Chanel shop on 29 rue Cambon, Paris or actually how about the new Luella store in London? I like the latter alot. I could sit among the super cool clothes and the old English interiors, talk to the super cool lady her self and I bet there would be lots of edgy Londoners in and out too - you know, rock stars, supermodels, artists that kinda thing.

5. If you could trade a life with anyone, who would it be?
Oh god this is sooooo tricky! I have never really thought about it. I don't know maybe J.K Rowling or Alexandra Shulman the editor of British Vogue or perhaps I know this may seem a little 'Whoa where did that come from' but I think Sienna Miller always seems to be having a bloody brilliant time, frolicking around in great clothes and partying with EVERYONE! Oh I would love to be Luella Bartley too, as I said before she is just too cool. I seriously can't just give one answer can I?!

6. Would you rather read an ELLE or Vogue?
(British) Vogue definitely. (British) Elle can be very good but sometimes I find the fashion editorials a bit dull, and there always seems to be an article about dieting and some boring celebrity interview, which I can never be bothered to read. I prefer Vogue as, although there can be the odd boring article, the main interview or article is always really good, and the photo stories are always the best. The latest issue with Sophie Dahl has the most amazing pictures of her, channelling one of my style icons, Debbie Harry.

7. Top 5 things on your shopping list this month?
Grey ripped tights, Topshop Vivienne Westwood style shoe boots, loose grey jumper dress, fabulous black Miss Selfridge cocktail ring and black/midnight blue sequined dress.

8. One celebrity that needs to be put in jail?
Angelina Jolie - so overrated in everyway.

9. Which celebrity would you love to steal all of her clothes?
Either Sienna Miller (I know some of you out there hate her style but I personally love it!) or *cliche alert* Kate Moss. She has lots of black and midnight blue sequined things, ok!

10. One Board Game that never gets old?
Monopoly is a pretty cool game. Can get quite competitive though. That's why it's fun. *evil laugh* Oh I do like Scrabble too. There is always some one cheating though!

11. If you could live in a city, where would you live?
Either London or Paris. I have never been to London, I will be going there soon though, but I just know I would live it. Paris is just so beautiful and the atmosphere is just amazing. I love. It's a toss between cool and beauty.

12. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
I would love to be able to read minds but it would be probably better to not be able too. Life could get scary. To understand all languages would be so handy, especially since I'm doing pretty terrible in German at the moment!

13. What is your most loved and would never part with it, thing in your closet?
God I don't know! I'm not really attached to anything that much! Maybe my Nine West silver slouch bag. I think people associate it with me. I do love my Topshop plaid dress as it looks so vintage.

14 Would you rather be Rachel Bilson or Mischa Barton?
Rachel is wearing amazing clothes at the moment but I think I would prefer to be Mischa. Mischa pretty much was The O.C. and wears gorgeous full length gowns.

15. Name three books you would pack on a trip to the beach?
Definitely a Harry Potter, anyone I love them all but perhaps Deathly Hallows, then maybe something really light perhaps even Camilla Morton's How to Walk in High Heels, a great girly guide, after that some thing a little grittier, probably something I have been planning to read for ages like Audrey Niffennegger's The Time Travellers Wife or a classic like The Catcher in the Rye or The Bell Jar.

1. Why did you start blogging?
A variety of reasons.. It looked interesting, when it was in ELLEgirl ( and i wanted mine to be famous too!) and also because I had a piczo site where I'd display art and celebrity stuff and graphics and everything, but the only reason I was doing it was to compete with my friend sabine, who was obsessed with it. I quit, because I didn't like getting sucked into that whole world, it wasn't particularly original or good, and I preferred writing than pissing about with HTML. Though I am displaying some of my old graphics on here but only the absolute best ones. ANYWAY no that's basically the reason. I like it to be original and completely mine and what I wrote and I like having a kind of diary and somewhere I can keep track of my life, stuff I gotta do and like, all the stuff i want. PLus, I love clothes(and TV)
2. Do all of your friend know about it or is it a personal thing?
They found it once, I had such a spaz I RAN home and set it to private I was so paranoid. I don't know why I care but I do and anyway I think that pretty much noone reads it- Sabine knows and might read it but she never mentions it.
3. What is the first thing you would do if you were made princess?
okay.. well I guess I'd want to do some crazy shopping and be good to the world and everything BUT I'd like line up all the famous people I wanna meet - Lauren Graham, Jennifer Aniston, Maura Tierney, Alexis Bledel, Goran Visnjic, David Beckham, Scott Patterson, Emma Watson, Mischa Barton, okay well the list goes on seriously but yeah I'd become BFF with Lauren Graham. And marry Goran V. And banish Angelina Jolie. This is a hard question!!!
4. If you could live in a store and only one for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?COME ON! Harrods of course! Apart from the fact that it has and sells EVERYTHING, it's absolutely beautiful inside and would be amaing and such an adventure. I think I read a book about a girl who lived in Barneys when I was little. Or was it Bloomingdales? Maybe it was Home Alone (the movie) actually. WEll I dunno. But Selfridges or Harrods- you got the best food, the best clothes, (and other items you want, like accessories), a bed to sleep in, amazing books, computers to use, TVs to watch, beautiful bathrooms.. it'd be a blast!
5. If you could trade a life with anyone, who would it be?
oh my lord, i've so often wondered about this and it's changed but the number one life I want is Lorelai Gilmore's. It comes with its problems but still she has an amazing life. or abby lockhart. though she's an alcoholic and has kind of a tragic and heartbreaking life. but still. god how typical is it that the life I want is fictional? lol
6. Would you rather read an ELLE or Vogue?
well ELLE has much better articles but Vogue is more artistic and the photos are amazing. True of British and the other versions of ELLE and Vogue. Either way, i LOVE teenvogue because it appeals to me more and doesn't dumb itself down for its audience and at the same time tells you everything you need and the fashion stuff's amazing and the articles are completely relevant and well researchd. sorry. i just love teenvogue. but ELLEgirl was beter (RIP). I wish they did British version of teenvogue but all our teen mags are shit
7. Three things you need to pick up at Target for fall?
we don't have target sadly. but in topshop i need jeans, and cardigans and fashionable sweaters. and shoes. but they're from office fo shiz

I love celebs. I have an opinion on all of them. So.. I should tick paris hilton off my list and lindsay lohan (who i loved as a child) is a given, since she's probably headed there already.. but my numbe one most hated celebrity iS ANGELINA FUCKING JOLIE.she's a homewrecker.her kids are cute and she does some good for cambodia or whatever, but bang her up. the bitch.poor jennifer was left alone because of her.

they all do. my family are better at cards because when we play board games my dad will get drunk and bang the board or something, and have a tantrum when he loses, or joanna will cheat, or my mum will go and make a cup of tea and not come back. and my friends have far too short attention spans to be able to play a board game, SPECIALLY with five shots of vodka inside of them. poker!!!!!!!
11. If you could live in a city, where would you live?
I don't know!! European capitals are so beautiful and historic- I know most cities in spain and have lived in Madrid already, paris is gorgeous but people SO OVERRATE IT, and well there's a thousand others. not London. because maybe I'll go to university there anyway. i haven't even BEEN to america yet and there's so many places I want to go there... beijing was amazing but i wouldn't want to live there.. maybe perth in australia? or madrid, or one of the other european ones. or, well i really want to go to new york, boston, chicago, a thousand other places. the number one place i want to go to is New England
12. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
well i'm already fluent Spanish, English (and Gilmore, lol) and very nearly in french.. I used to take dutch lessons but i forgot most of it. gujurati, italian, mandarin and russian would be useful but i'm a linguist anyway and i can learn (i plan to) soooooooo id i've already got them then deffoz read minds
13. What is your most loved and would never part with it, thing in your closet?
omg, i don't know!!!! one of my dresses.. or one of my juicy couture- no ermm one of my junkfood. no- shoes. oh for god's sake. i can't live without my jeans. there.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Ain't All That Bad

To all those people who may be wondering ''what the hell is she doing'', here is what i am doing.... Every week or month or something i will interview a different blogger and post what they got to say after i ask them a bunch of random questions. I knew it's sound a little odd but i have named it 15 question corner(now there will be only 15 questions but all you smart people knew this). But i got the amzaingly asome Tru from Perks of Being a Wallflower for my first interview. And she is amzaing at answering questions(bravo, bravo, bravo) and here they are (don't you LOVE the photo she posted the otherday, i like it so much that i add to post it)

1. Why did you start blogging?
I read an article in Elle Girl (god how I do miss that magazine, it was the best) about a fashion blogger. Do you remember when they use to do those spotlights on fashion bloggers every issue or so? Anyway I went online and checked it out and fell in love with a few blogs but got very frustrated because they had a tendency to go weeks at a time before an update so I decided to make my own. One that would have a new post as often as possible. Anyway, the first blog I started was disaster. It was called Pretty in Pink and I just thought it was awful. Luckily I tried again and found a bit more success.

2. Do all of your friend know about it or is it a personal thing?
No it’s pretty much a personal thing that’s why I use a pen name and everything. I like having something that’s just mine.

3. What is the first thing you would do if you were made princess?
Wow, me a princess? Hmm this is tough well I suppose I'd have a look around my kingdom so I could solve any problems that were going on, do some shopping, and possibly meet my prince charming. lol

4. If you could live in a store and only one for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?
Well personally I’d want to be able to create my own store but I know you mean something established so I guess Urban Outfitters because they have all those fabulous clothes, books, furniture, and things that way I’d have a bed and other necessities. I always thought it would be brilliant to get stuck in a mall or a museum for a night.

5. If you could trade a life with anyone, who would it be?
Carrie Bradshaw minus some of the drama. She has fabulous clothes, lives in NYC, great friends, and a job as a journalist (which I want to be). Well either her or Emma Watson because she has that awesome accent and gets to hang out with Rupert Grint and Daniel Radcliffe all day.

6. Would you rather read an ELLE or Vogue?
Neither, I prefer Teen Vogue.

7. Three things you need to pick up at Target for fall?
I don’t know if Target sells all these things but I’m sure they do so my three must haves for fall are cocktail rings, booties, and grey jeans.

8. One celebrity that needs to be put in jail?
Oh I don’t know, I don’t bother much with celebrities but I suppose Lindsey Lohan really does for all her DWIs.
9. Which celebrity would you love to steal all of her clothes?
I think it’s a tossup between Rachel Bilson or Sarah Jessica Parker. I’m a sucker for Manolos.

10. One Board Game that never gets old?
I suppose Life because my friends and I always end up playing that. It’s quite fun actually; I always make my person sit on the other side of the car like they’re in Europe.
11. If you could live in a city, where would you live?
NYC or Boston because both are just so amazing.

12. Would you rather be able to understand all languages or read minds?
Understand all languages; one of my friends and I are planning to go backpacking through Europe in a few summers and that would be very useful.
13. What is your most loved and would never part with it, thing in your closet?
God there are so many things I love but I guess it would have to be the claddagh ring my parents bought me a few Christmases ago.
14 Would you rather be Rachel Bilson or Mischa Barton?
Rachel Bilson….I’ve always liked her better for some reason.
15. Name three books you would pack on a trip to the beach?
Usually I just pick three books I haven’t read but I suppose I would bring Guitar Girl by Sara Manning, The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, and probably something by Meg Cabot. I haven’t read everything she’s written but what I have read seems to be good beach reads.
